DevX House

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026

A straightforward explanation of how information is handled when you visit DevX House online.

01

About this policy

This policy applies to the DevX House website and explains what information may be handled when you browse the site or contact us. It is written to describe the current website, not every service DevX House may provide under a separate agreement.

02

Information you provide

The project brief asks for your name, work email, company, project scale, and goals. When you submit it, the site opens your device's email application with those details in a draft addressed to DevX House. The site does not send the email itself; you can review, edit, or discard the draft before choosing to send it. Until then, the form values are held in the page's browser memory and are not submitted to a DevX House form endpoint.

If you contact us using an email link, your email application sends your message to the address you choose. The information in that message is handled by the email services involved in sending and receiving it.

03

Information collected when you browse

The site does not currently include an account system, advertising trackers, or a site analytics integration in its application code. The website's hosting, network, or security providers may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser details, and requested pages, in order to deliver and protect the site. The actual logs and retention periods depend on the hosting configuration.

04

External services and links

The site links to Kronos AI and other external websites. When you follow those links, you leave this site and the destination's own privacy practices apply. When live Agentic Chat is configured, the messages you send and recent conversation context are sent through the site's server to OpenRouter to generate a response. OpenRouter processes that information under its own terms and privacy practices. If live chat is unavailable, the site may show locally stored guidance instead. Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or personal information into the chat.

The site uses fonts configured through Next.js's font tooling. In a production build these font files are served as site assets; development or build tooling may contact the font provider to retrieve them.

05

How information is used

Information you choose to send by email may be used to reply to your inquiry, understand a potential project, and maintain related business correspondence. Chat messages are used to produce replies and may be processed by OpenRouter when live chat is enabled. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information through the project brief or chat.

06

Retention and security

The project brief does not submit or store its values on a DevX House form endpoint; submitting it opens an email draft for you to review. If you send that email, it and related correspondence may be retained by the email providers involved or by DevX House. The site application does not save Agentic Chat transcripts as a user account or conversation history, but messages are sent to the configured model provider when live chat is enabled. Hosting, email, and model-provider records may be subject to those providers' own retention practices. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

07

Your choices and rights

You may choose not to use the project form or interactive demo and may contact us directly by email. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email x@devxhouse.com. We may need to verify your request and may be subject to legal exceptions.

08

Children and policy changes

This site is intended for business and general audiences, not for children to submit personal information. We may update this policy when the site or applicable requirements change. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
